Mutations

Mutações is an exploration of the forms and lines of the traditional Mouraria tiles. Familiar drawings are here manipulated and observed from a different perspective. Mutations is a new chance to stop, look, question and appreciate forgotten and overlooked details of this cultural treasure.

The result was a site-specific installation, with real time manipulation of the videos throughout the time of the installation.
This work is as a collaboration with the artist Marta Angelozzi
